Igloo ™.
Reflective Semi-Rigid Insulation
Igloo Foil/White is a high performance reflective foil insulator and vapor retarder with white finish designed to insulate and retard moisture migration in a building. One side has state of the art pure aluminum film laminated and the other side has a white acid resistant film with scrim embedded inside for extra strength. The films provide excellent radiant barrier properties, vapor barrier and superior esthetics. The core is made from recycled flexible 3/8" extruded expanded EPS foam that provides excellent insulation characteristics.
Applications
- Igloo can be used for new construction or Retrofit
- Igloo can use in metal buildings, storage building, residential areas, animal barns, commercial buildings, and anyplace that a rigid board insulation is needed.
- Pole barns, Gymnasiums, Workshops, Marine applications and Can be washed down.
While semi-rigid, in 4' x 60' (240 sq ft) rolls with our patented self-taping edges to ensure moisture, vapor fungus / mold resistant and thermal barrier. Environmentally Safe. Reflects 97% of Heat. Igloo is equivalent to a R-11.2 insulating value.

READ this before you buy:This chart shows the R-value of this insulation. R means resistance to heat flow. The higher the the R-value, the greater the insulating power. Compare insulation R-values before you buy. There are other factors to consider. The amount of insulation depends upon the climate you live in, your fuel savings from insulation will depend you're your climate, they type and size of your home, amount of existing insulation. If you purchase too much insulation it may not be beneficial. To get the marked R Value, it is essential that the insulation be properly installed.
